प्राणायाम करते समय इन बातो तथा नीय्मो का पालन करे।
प्राणायाम सुद्ध, साफ एवं नीर्मल स्थान पर ही करना चाहिऐ। यदी पार्क मे जल के कीनारे अभ्यास कीयाजाये तो बहुत ही अच्छा है। बोलो स्वामी रामदेव बाबा की जय।

स्वांस केवल नाक से ही ले जीससे साफ ओर स्वच्छ वायु अपके शरीर मे जाये। लंबी-लंबी स्वांस लेने काअभ्यास करे। ताकी आपके पुरे शरीर को वायु मील सके।

प्राणायाम करते समय सही स्थीती मे बेठे। व्ज्रासन तथा सिद्धासन प्राणायाम के लीये एक उपयुक्त ओरसही स्थीती मानी गई है। बोलो स्वामी रामदेव बाबा की जय। बोलो हनुमान की जय।
