It is essential to remember that all kinds of viruses and bacteria can attack you when your immune system is weak, or they can weaken it easily. Hence, building your own defences would be a better, more practical, long-lasting and much more economical idea.
Here are some easy steps you can take to tackle a flu virus of any kind, including swine flu. It is not necessary to follow all the steps at once. You can pick and choose a combination of remedies that suit you best. However, if you are already suffering from flu, these measures can help only up to an extent. And, if you have been infected by H1N1, visiting a hospital and staying in solitary confinement is a must.

Male Beauty Care Tips

Shaving
These days is optional, a lot of ladies love men who have a five oclock shadow, but if your facial hair is unkempt you would be better to take the razor to it and be clean shaven for your night out.
Nails
Manicured nails look great on anyone, but you don’t have to break the bank to get yourself a good manicure, your mother and your sister, if you have one, have been doing their own nails for years and I am sure that they will gladly help you and offer you advice on nail care, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK.

Eye Care Tips

Step 1:
It is a fallacy that sitting in front of a wall improves concentration. The eyes must be able to relax for distant and near objects. Sit facing a corridor or even next to a window where you can relax your eyes by looking far. In case your room does not permit it, place a mirror above you.
Step 2:
Take a five-minute break after every 40 minutes of study as a regular routine of study. Get up and walk around the room. The eyes get tired from being anchored in a fixed position for any prolonged period of time.

Tips on Filling Fuel in Your Vehicles
This is a Message received from a friend whoes in Durban:-
“I don’t know what you guys are paying for petrol… But here In Durban, we are also paying higher, up to 47.35 per litre.
But my line of work is in petroleum for about 31 years now, So here are some tricks to get more of your money’s worth for every litre.
Here at the Marian Hill Pipeline, where I work in Durban, we deliver about 4 million litres in a 24-hour period thru the pipeline. One day is diesel; the next day is jet fuel, and petrol, LRP and Unleaded. We have 34-storage tanks here with a total capacity of 16,800,000 litres. ”
